Method
- Prepare the Zesty Sour Cream Spread by mixing the sour cream with ¾ tsp. of Club House La Grille Smouldering Smoked Applewood Seasoning. Set aside to chill in the fridge while you prepare the burgers.
- Preheat the grill to around 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, Club House La Grille Smouldering Smoked Applewood Seasoning, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 5 equal, ¾-inch thick burgers.
- Grill the burgers over low heat for about 5 minutes per side or until an instant-read BBQ thermometer shows 165°F (74°C).
- Just before the burgers are done cooking, place the burger buns cut side down on the grill to lightly toast.
- Plate your chicken burgers on the toasted buns with a dollop of zesty sour cream, along with lettuce and sliced beefsteak tomato. Enjoy!
