- 4 x steaks 150-200gr with 20-30% fat salad
- 6-7 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 x onion, thinly sliced
- 4 x burger buns
- bbq spices (or salt and pepper)
- ketchup
- 3cs sugar or brown sugar
- red wine vinegar
- 8 x bacon bits
- Roquefort cheese
Method
Onion jam:
- fry red onions in butter
- once the onions are translucent, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar
- sprinkle with red wine vinegar
- reduce at low temperature until the onions are stewed.
Burgers:
- pour a charcoal chimney into the bbq
- toast the buns for 30 seconds on the bbq
- add your spice mix, or salt and pepper, to your steaks
- grill the meat
- place the bacon on the grill
- while it's cooking, arrange the onion and tomato salad on the bread
- turn over the bacon and meat
- place the Roquefort cheese on the meat, followed by the bacon slices
- close the lid for a minute, then place the meat on the buns
- add the ketchup, then the onion jam.
