Peameal Bacon Slices
¼ cup+
BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp.
butter

buns, use your favorite
4 slices
cheddar cheese

Mayonnaise
- Preheat your grill to medium-high, place a cast iron frying pan onto the cooking grids to heat with the grill.
- Slice and butter the buns.
- Place the peameal bacon onto the cooking grids and cook for about one minute before flipping. Brush the cooked side with a light coating of BBQ sauce. Flip again and repeat until the bacon is cooked and caramelized nicely.
- While the peameal is cooking, place the buns cut side down and allow them to fry in the cast iron frying pan until lightly toasted.
- Assemble these peameal bacon sandwiches with a couple of slices of cheese, some lettuce, and a little more barbecue sauce, or mayo and serve.
