This Is Why We’re Experts in Grilling – Premium Quality Materials

Napoleon’s gas barbecues are made from premium materials like food-grade, corrosion-resistant, 430 and 304-grade stainless steel. These high-quality materials look stunning but also ensure long-lasting performance. The higher quality materials like stainless steel resist denting, corrosion, the weather, and especially the mess and heat from cooking.

Premium Quality Grills

Built for just about any weather condition and cooking challenge you can think to throw at them, a Napoleon Grill is guaranteed to be up to the task. Whether it’s stainless steel, galvanized steel, or cast aluminum, the parts of this barbecue aren’t going to rust, inside or out. With proper maintenance, this barbecue will last generations.

Why do we use Stainless Steel?

Many of our Napoleon barbecues use stainless steel for the interior and exteriors of these grills because they will not need any extra finishing making them perfect for outdoor, and more importantly, culinary applications. Stainless steel is an environmentally friendly alloy. It requires no harsh chemicals for finishing or to ensure that a barbecue will stand up to the elements and stand the test of time. Not only that, stainless steel is a 100% recyclable material.

Other Materials

We use other materials in our barbecues too. Cast Aluminum is used where things get hot. Able to withstand temperatures around 900*F, these parts won’t rust or fail while you sear that steak. For carts and other painted model grills, galvanized steel is ideal. Our galvanized steel parts are made with three layers instead of just two. Sheet metal is sandwiched between a lightweight aluminized coating and then a thick layer of powder coat paint that provides an attractive and dependable finish. This finish is the same one used on high-end cars.
